CHAIRWOMAN  PEARCE announced that  SCS CSHB 117(FIN) was  before the                                                            
committee.                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  PHILLIPS asked  if the  Senate Finance  Committee made  any                                                            
further changes to the bill this morning.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRWOMAN  PEARCE said  it is  her understanding  that the  Finance                                                            
Committee did not make any further amendments this morning.                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR COWDERY  moved to calendar  SCS CSHB 117(FIN) and  asked for                                                            
unanimous consent.   There being no  objection, the motion  carried.
